Full Service Planning

There are so many details and logistics involved in wedding planning. Let us take on the stressful aspects of the wedding planning process! We take the time to get to know our clients so that we can provide them with a custom experience that reflects them as a couple. We are always educating ourselves on ways to best serve our clients. Take advantage of all of the knowledge and tools we provide our clients with. Includes services:
°Our Support, From Start to Finish- Your planner will learn about you two as a couple and find the right vendors to get you in communication with. They will be the primary contact throughout the process, and come up with logistics for the day.

°Breakdown of Decor
°Client Portal- Your portal contains questionnaires, budget tracker, planning to do list, vendor comparison tracker, guest list/seating assignment sheet, folders to organize contracts and meeting notes, and the list goes on. Cut down on searching old emails and know exactly where to find what you need. There is an abundant amount of resources on here for you to benefit from.
$5,000 + 12% additional vendor fee- Your standard vendors are included in the $2,500 fee: florist, photographer, jp, band/dj, bar, caterer, baker, shuttle. Additional vendors are considered an “increase in scope of service”.
Month of Planning

Do you already have the skillset, time, and resources to go through the planning process on your own? Congratulations! Once you have put together your plan, we suggest passing it off to a wedding professional so that you get to enjoy the rest of your engagement. Consider purchasing our month of planning package, so that we can take on your plan and see it through. This package includes:
°Onboarding meeting/consultation: We will meet a little before the month point to go over your overall plan
°Implementation of your timeline
°Vendor coordination
°Setup and breakdown of decor.
°Client Portal- Your portal will help relay your plan. It will contain: contracts folder, guest list, decor plan, vendor contact information.
